Gonzalo Bascuñan is a Chilean designer based in Milan and founder of Art & Design | Studio Gonzalo Bascuñan. Working at the intersection of art and design, his practice spans product design, spatial installations, and public art. His work is grounded in a dialogue between material experimentation and conceptual inquiry, exploring how light, form, and space shape perception and emotional experience.

Since 2014, he has developed an international body of work presented across galleries, institutions, and public platforms. His work has been presented internationally in cities including Milan, Amsterdam, Dubai, Singapore, and Stockholm. His projects engage with contemporary cultural contexts, positioning design as both a critical and experiential medium, where objects and environments become instruments for interaction, reflection, and spatial awareness.
